Whether you are somewhere chilly or warm, a bright accent color in a hallway, bedroom, or bathroom can diffuse winter's low light in such way to make you warm inside. One color that is so Palm Beach, yet fitting in any time zone or latitude, is coral. With so many shades and hues to select, it fits in traditional or modern settings. It can skew pink, red or orange. Paired with shades of complimentary green, it manifests a Solo vibe, with black and white it conjures a mod image, or for the more traditional turfs, coral can balance out the earthiness of mahogany and maple woods when softened with creams or pewter. More subtle than red, but still vibrant: Use it liberally or as an accent in bedding, picture frames or accessories.
Hope these pictures inspire you to come out of your (coral) shell.
Yours, CBB
